I’m Karen La Paz, mother of a beautiful princess, wife of an amazing man who supports me and work the 9-5 job. BUT my main passion are cakes, my curiosity got the best of me and became a self taught baker. Love creating beautiful/delicious things, my clients say my creations are sinfully delicious. I feel I succeeded when they tell me: Oh My God Karen this is beautiful!! then I hear them say: this is so delicious!! That's when I feel Mission accomplished!!

Tinkerbell ThemeD Birthday

Dominican cake filled with pineapple marmalade and covered and decorated with dominican merengue.

Bizcocho dominicano relleno de mermalada de piña, cubierto y decorado con suspiro dominicano.

This was my daughter's 2nd Birthday cake together with a chocolate butter-cream and chocolate ganache pirate cake to with the Tinkerbell & Pirate Theme.
